2. SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
To generate additional revenue through the non-traditional advertising streams like National Bole Toh Properties, Advertiser Funded Property and Brand solutions to provide added growth to the Sales Revenue Target.

3. Key Responsibilities:
Ø  To monetize National Properties (on-air, on-ground and digital) through detailed client planning (existing & new clients) and comprehending the client requirement
Ø  To create brand integration for RC Bole Toh properties by closely working with the creative teams
Ø  To generate revenue through Brand Solutions and Advertiser Funded Properties by exploring other media platforms
To handle teams spread across markets of Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune  by constantly guiding, motivating and monitoring their performance

4. Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
a) Functional :
  • Client Brand Understanding which will enable create seamless integration with our properties
  • Ability to understand need gap for clients brands and create Solutions accordingly
  • Ability to sell concepts and ideas
  • Marketing mindset and Brand understanding

5. Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PG full time (Marketing) would be preferred.
Experience: 12-15 years
Preferred Background: Advertising agencies, Radio, Print, TV
