Opening for Recruitment Manager (Klang Valley, MALAYASIA)

Your Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall recruitment process
• Develop and formulate effective strategies and procedures on recruitment
according to business need.
• Consult with hiring managers on the evaluation, recommendation, and selections of
internal and external candidates for key positions.

• Responsible for screening of resumes and candidates for 1st round interview
• Gather & analysis the feedback from interviewers and provide professional advice
for final decision.
• Coordinate new hire induction process and logistics
• Fully understand business requirement for selection, plan and implement recruiting activities to generate most effective and low cost hiring solutions, including campus recruitment
• Measure recruiting effectiveness; generate report to document the recruiting
productivity (e.g. Recruiting Cycle Time, Cost, etc.)
• Utilize cost effective recruitment methods to source and provide a qualified candidate pool
• Manage recruitment channels, liaison with recruiting agencies, arrange interviews,
and manage hiring paper-works(Newspaper, Web-Hiring, etc.)
• Travelling (within the country) is required if necessary

Your Profile
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5-8 solid HR experience with a focus on recruitment or staffing is a
MUST.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills - Must be fluent in
English; be able to communicate with Senior Management effectively
Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred
Resourceful and works well independently
Strong Leadership skills, team player, able to coach and counsel management team.

• Problem solving/resolution, planning, and organizational skills
Well versed in Malaysia Employment Ordinance and PC proficient in Microsoft Office.
